Apricots, plums, roses and dahlias... summer is here! Last weekend we visited my Grandparents farm and came home with enough produce to start our own fruit stand. There is nothing better than home grown fruit and veg! Grandma complained that the birds take too many nibbles out of of her plums. She said she wouldn't mind, but they always eat the best ones. Can you blame them? The fragrance in the car on the trip home was amazing.The fruit is so ripe and juicy you can even spot some plum juice on the bowl in the second picture.
