Happy Paper

I have a secret crush on vintage pom pom decorations. They age and fade over the years into such delicious colors. The pretty paper pom poms shown here are from Ethan Ollie.

Good Morning

This is what my honey had waiting for him when he woke up this morning.
Who ever said you can't make something special out of a paper towel roll and scrap paper?

Farouche Shop

We have been cooking up something special here at Farouche
over the last several months and we are now ready to share it with you!

Farouche began in 2007, making cards, gift tags, and posters from our tiny studio in Santa Cruz, California. Over the years we have been asked more and more frequently if we would design custom wedding invitations and special items for people who could not find them anywhere else. To house all of our work in one place Farouche now has it's own website. Currently it is in a soft landing stage while we round up more images from past events and work out any kinks.

We cordially invite you to come take a peek at our custom pieces, weddings and floral work. You will also find all of our regular line, wholesale items, and our ever growing page of free goodies.
Also, we must give thanks to everyone who has helped us grow over the years!
We never could have done it without you.

White on White

This little spring bouquet I made last week turned out so charming, if I do say so myself.
Oh, how I wish it would last forever! White roses, anemones, freesia, spring onions and mini daffodils were paired with a vintage chartreuse dish that has been on the shelf for years. It was almost as if the unassuming dish had been quitely hanging around for it's moment of glory.

Kelli Anderson

Earlier today someone told me I had to watch this video on TED since they know I am a design and paper junkie. "Her name is Kelly, I think you will enjoy it..." is all my friend said. Little did I know she was talking about the always amazing Kelli Anderson, and yes, I love this.
